CHALLENGE & SOLUTION
The challenge of this project was to thoroughly research the topic and craft a comprehensive creative brief outlining background information, objectives, target audience, and a clear, single-minded proposition to develop a brand to communicate the urgency and importance of the issue.
To achieve this, the Save A Bee brand and logo were developed, along with a visual system that effectively communicated the urgency and importance of the issue. Topic posters were created to establish the visual identity, featuring engaging sans-serif type paired with nature imagery, textured design elements, creating an approachable system aligned with the conservation theme. The visual system was then applied across various deliverables, including informational murals, environmental graphics, nature markers, and a mobile app to help users document and share information about bees they encounter.
The objective of this project was to create a cohesive visual system for a selected topic and apply it to various appropriate design deliverables. The brand Save A Bee was developed to educate people about the critical challenges facing bee populations and inspire action.
